To register for the Data-Driven Consultancy Training, participants must complete the registration form and submit it online. All fields must be filled out accurately.
Full payment must be made at the time of registration. Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, credit/debit card, or cash on arrival.
Early bird discounts are available for the first 50 registrants. To qualify, payment must be completed before the early bird deadline.
In the event that DataUpskill cancels the training session, participants will receive a full refund. DataUpskill is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel, accommodation).
DataUpskill reserves the right to make changes to the training schedule, including session times and instructors, if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Certificates of completion will only be awarded to those who attend all sessions.
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion from the training without a refund.
Participants agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information shared during the training sessions.
All training materials provided by DataUpskill are the intellectual property of DataUpskill and are intended for personal use only. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any training materials without prior written consent from DataUpskill.
By registering for the training, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of organizing and administering the training. DataUpskill will not share personal data with third parties without the participant's consent.
DataUpskill makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes or results of the training. Participants are responsible for applying what they learn to their own professional contexts.
DataUpskill's liability for any claim arising out of this training shall not exceed the registration fee paid by the participant.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the training shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
We may periodically amend, suspend, or discontinue this website and/or its content without prior notice. We may also change, update, add, or remove provisions to these Terms & Conditions without notification, so please make sure to revisit this page periodically.
